Meals on Wheels is a nutrition program that provides home delivered, prepared meals for seniors and adults living with disabilities throughout Fort Bend and Waller counties. Each recipient receives one hot meal per day during the week and may qualify for supplemental frozen meals for the weekend. We also serve hot meals at 8 congregate centers as well as providing activities for more mobile seniors.
