Menus & Calendar
Meals on Wheels is a nutrition program that provides home delivered, prepared meals for seniors and adults living with disabilities throughout Fort Bend and Waller counties. Each recipient receives one hot meal per day during the week and may qualify for supplemental frozen meals for the weekend. We also serve hot meals at 6 senior activity centers in addition to providing activities for more mobile seniors.

Home-delivered meals currently include 4 hot meals and 3 frozen meals weekly that meets at least 1/3 of the recommended daily allowance of all nutrients required by adults for five or more days per week to seniors who are home bound.
Your support fuels meaningful change.
Government funding is not enough to meet the growing demand for Meals on Wheels services, and only 1% of philanthropic donations support senior causes. As a result, too many of our aging neighbors are waiting for the help they need. We’re working to change that. Your generosity fuels our efforts to get Meals on Wheels to every senior who needs it.
