Fort Bend Seniors Meals on Wheels serves senior citizens age 60 and over living in Fort Bend and Waller Counties. We operate senior activity centers at the following locations, Monday – Friday from 9:00am to 12:30pm unless otherwise noted.

Senior Activity Centers
For seniors who are homebound, we deliver fresh, nutritious meals daily and weekly right to their door. Our team of staff and volunteers makes sure no senior has to worry about where their next meal will come from.
All of our services are completely free for eligible seniors, regardless of income.
Emergency Preparedness
A 2014 study found less than 25% of older adults have an emergency plan. Of those surveyed a quarter live alone and a third were disabled or in poor health. Our older population is most vulnerable in a time of crisis, so being prepared today means a faster response time and less stress in the future.
